At Jacksonville Sports Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and fan gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
